“I have been training with Adele for the past two years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. We have been working on strengthening specific muscle groups to improve my overall fitness, as well as building the strength and stability I need for my equestrian training.
I travel from London to Somerset the mornings of my PT session with Adele and I honestly think feel this speaks volumes about her sessions. I also occasionally attend her group classes, which I always thoroughly enjoy.
Over the past two years, Adele has become such an important part of my fitness journey. I really appreciate the time, care and thought she puts into every session, making sure everything is tailored to my individual needs and goals. She has created such a lovely, welcoming environment where I always feel comfortable, supported and motivated.
I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Adele, and I always leave feeling happier, stronger and proud of what I have achieved. It is so lovely to work with someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, but who also makes every session enjoyable.
I am so grateful for everything Adele has helped me with over the past two years, and I feel very lucky to have found someone who understands my goals and supports me in achieving them. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness and confidence”

I honestly can’t recommend Adele and AMPED enough. The impact she’s had on my fitness over the last 18 months has been massive.
With her coaching and classes, I’ve worked towards taking on half marathons, full marathons, an ultra marathon and triathlons, while also building a much more well-rounded, hybrid style of fitness. Alongside the performance side of things, I’ve also completely changed my body composition, losing around 40kg in body weight along the way. More importantly, I’ve become fitter, stronger and more capable than I ever have been.
My progress has come simply from consistently turning up to the group sessions. Engine & Elevate, Circuits and Pilates have all played a huge part in building my strength, conditioning, mobility and overall fitness, and they complement everything else I do alongside.
For me, the style and variety of training at AMPED has also been a massive part of staying consistent. The sessions are challenging without feeling repetitive, and there’s always something to work towards or improve on. Rather than making training feel like something I have to do, it’s made fitness something I genuinely enjoy and want to keep progressing with.
That’s also carried over into my training outside of the AMPED gym. Being around that environment and seeing my fitness improve has encouraged me to run, cycle, swim and train independently alongside the classes, which has ultimately given me the confidence to keep setting myself bigger challenges.
Adele has a massive wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about the people she coaches. Whether you’re training towards a specific event, looking to improve your fitness, change your body or simply become fitter and stronger, she’s always someone you can lean on for advice and guidance.
There’s a great atmosphere in the studio too. You’re pushed to work hard, but it’s supportive, welcoming and enjoyable at the same time.
A huge amount of what I’ve achieved has been with Adele and AMPED in my corner, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s done to help me get there. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her, the classes or the community she’s created highly enough.
