Performance means something different to everyone.

My approach to personal training is centred around functional training and performance, but performance isn't just about being an elite athlete or chasing a personal best.

Your performance might be getting faster for your next running race, preparing for an Ironman, becoming stronger for your sport, or improving your endurance for a challenge you've always wanted to take on. But performance can also be much simpler, and just as important. It could mean carrying your shopping from the car without needing a helping hand. Getting up and down the stairs without becoming breathless. Feeling stronger, more capable and confident in everyday life. Being able to keep doing the things you enjoy for years to come.

Whatever performance means to you, that's what we train for.

Through functional, purposeful training, we'll develop the strength, fitness, mobility, coordination and resilience you need to perform better, whether that's in competition, in the gym, or simply in everyday life.

Training with purpose

Every programme is built around you and what you want your body to be capable of doing. We'll identify your goals, establish where you are now, and build a progressive plan to help you move, feel and perform better.

Because the goal isn't simply to exercise.

The goal is to become more capable.
